The beds were nice, the rooms were luxurious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The stay was very pleasant. The only issue was that my first non‑smoking room had clearly been used by a smoker, but after I mentioned it the reception gave me a new room right away.

I really liked the laundry service available to guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was cleaned regularly. The staff listened to our requests and were attentive to our needs; both the reception and housekeeping were very friendly and caring. The hotel was a bit far from the shops, but still close enough to the city’s historic sites—15‑20 minutes by car from the old town, and a subway entrance is at the end of the street.
