“A great place to stay and enjoy dartmoor”
The place was lovely, the room was very nice, and there was a large guest lounge with outdoor seating. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

Wray Valley is a truly lovely place to stay and is wonderfully positioned for trips to Dartmoor. Kevin and Michelle are brilliant and very interesting hosts; you should take time to chat with them. They can also help you find great walks in Dartmoor. Anyone interested in nature and environmental conservation will find them fascinating to talk to. Kevin has created a lovely walking path alongside the stream that flows about 150 metres away – a stream that’s perfect for a dip. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

The location was good, though it was affected by a road closure at the time. The friendliness and environment were very good, and the accommodation matched the ethos and general catering aspects. Nothing to complain about, really.

Breakfast was so delicious; everything was homemade – jam, bread, apple juice… The atmosphere was very pleasant and the hosts, Michelle and Kevin, were very nice! We felt very comfortable. The sign at the entrance is lovely; it would be better if it were a bit larger and more visible.
