Casa Graziella in Capo d’Orlando offers spacious family rooms with air‑conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies, and parquet floors. Each suite features a tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, work desk, bidet, and free toiletries. Guests enjoy complimentary Wi‑Fi, sea‑ and garden‑view vistas, and a daily Italian breakfast. The beach lies a four‑minute walk away, with historic churches and the airport within easy reach.

The property sits right in the center, and a number of restaurants and bars downstairs were a bit noisy at night, though we think a festival was happening when we arrived, which could explain it.

The location, cleanliness, comfort, and host were all great, but there were four flights of stairs and no lift, so that’s on us.

We had a really good stay. The central location was excellent, yet the second floor of a stately building felt secluded. The first thing we noticed was the room’s cleanliness: thorough and impeccable, though not daily. The space was bright, roomy, and full of shelves to store our things comfortably. The décor was excellent, with old elements warming and giving character to a modern, essential, sophisticated, and elegant environment—a real gem. The air‑conditioning system was great, keeping the temperature optimal even in the large bathroom, where the lighting was very well conceived: a detail especially appreciated by women who can rely on ideal conditions for makeup (which is not a given). Among the room’s comforts was a lovely balcony overlooking the square in front, equipped with a drying rack; the switches were operable with an electric toggle, Wi‑Fi, smart TV, hair dryer, shower head in the bathroom, minibar, and finally a coffee kit (kettle, coffee machine with excellent capsules, and a few complimentary biscuits). We didn’t meet the owner in person, but he was always present and available for any request or suggestion. We would like to suggest two things: a small safe for storing important items and perhaps more agreements with nearby bars. The breakfast at the bar—arriving around 8:00 am—had very few options. Other than that, we found the property excellent: we’ll recommend it and definitely return.
