Everything was great: the room décor, the simple check‑in/check‑out, the private balcony overlooking the nearby street, the comfortable bed, and the nice bathroom. It was a short walk to the old town.

The room was great—clean, super spacious, and had everything we needed for three nights in Chiang Mai, so we'd definitely recommend it. The only drawback was that the location was a bit off‑center, but it’s still perfectly walkable from inside the wall.

Good privacy, not too crowded, nice amenities with free water, tea and bananas. Great location. There is a smell of cannabis, but it's acceptable for this price.
