“Non eccezionale”
The owner gave a very warm welcome, the parking is in front of the building, the balcony offers a wonderful sea view, the air‑conditioner is excellent and the bed is super comfortable. Unfortunately, the studio feels a bit old‑fashioned and could use a redesign. On entry there’s a lingering unpleasant food smell. Walls and ceilings are cluttered with wires and pipes, one looks like a drain from the floor above, there are scratches, holes in the curtains, and the cleaning is not outstanding. The shower curtain that “includes” the toilet makes it feel like you’re washing everywhere. Even the interior lights are disappointing, with those ugly white hospital‑style LEDs.
