The spot is fantastic, close to all the main attractions; the room was cozy and quiet even though the hotel sits in a central area.

The Lovis Suites are absolutely sensational, right in the heart of Vienna, in the 1st district – you couldn't find a more central spot. Everything is conveniently within walking distance. The suite was spotless and the whole stay was wonderfully hassle‑free. I was in a hotel without a front desk for the first time and I loved that concept: no key, no card – just punch in the code and you’re in. It’s simply brilliant! A special thank you to Georgiana, who was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful as the host. From the first moment you feel completely taken care of. It’s a gorgeous place with a great concept, an amazing location and excellent service. Truly 5 stars – I’ll definitely come back.
