The spot was well‑priced and in a good location. However, the shower and sink didn’t drain properly, there was a small patch of black mold on the ceiling, and the AC thermostat kept running nonstop so I had to turn it off manually from time to time. I told the front desk about all of this when we checked out of room 110. The staff were friendly and understanding throughout.

I always stay here – it’s super clean and comfy, and I love it.

The location was fine, but the front desk had a rough start. The first clerk tried to give my 6'3" son and me a queen room with a sofa bed, even though I’d booked two queens weeks ahead. The second clerk on duty saw the mistake and fixed it, but the first clerk was just lazy. Also, the Starbucks machine was broken, so I couldn’t get a coffee in the morning.

We appreciated the young lady who checked us in that evening and the one who worked with us during the day on the 8:00 shift; they were very personable and efficient. The only downside was that the toilet bowl in our room could have been a bit cleaner.
