The lunch was superb and the service just as good, with staff who were efficient and friendly; however, the hotel charged me $528.54 while my reservation showed $447.82, a sizable discrepancy. I called the hotel and they blamed your system, promised a refund, and I’m still waiting, which is very disappointing.

The welcome was warm, and there was nothing to complain about.

The room was clean, yet I was billed more than the rate I booked on Booking, the staff offered very little service and none were available during our lunch, there was no brown bread, the potatoes arrived burnt and cold, and after three days of trying to reach the owner about the overcharge I keep being told he isn’t around.
