The place was clean, but the air conditioning was broken, so I had to switch from a king room to a queen room.

The rooms need immediate maintenance: the shower makes insane noise and doesn’t work properly, the bathroom handle opens upwards like someone fixed it upside down, the door won’t open easily due to a faulty mechanism, the wash basin is right next to the entrance door showing poor design, the swimming pool feels more like an outdoor tub, the breakfast quality is poor, and the dining area is extremely small. This isn’t a Plus Best Western.

The room was nice and spacious, the staff were helpful, but there isn’t much to do around that part of Fresno.
