The air conditioning worked fine and the staff were friendly, but the mattress was extremely hard, there was no divider between the shower and toilet, the pool was dirty, the elevator was filthy, and the location felt far from the center and like a rundown area.

The place was nice, the rooms were large, and the staff were wonderful, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

The team transferred us to Tam Coc Sunshine Villa for a better stay; the staff were very helpful and friendly, and Lim was excellent at the villa, yet everything else was fine and breakfast was limited.

“Excelente lugar”

The experience at this hotel was very good, especially since we arrived on holidays when demand is high; from the start they were very attentive, contacting us before arrival to discuss a room detail (no window) and offering alternatives, even suggesting a quieter room because more people could mean more movement and noise; the location is very convenient, right at the Tam Coc entrance from Ninh Binh, making it easy to move without getting stuck in traffic, which was practical for taking a Grab, and they provide bicycles and motorcycles for exploring the area and have a pool that’s great for cooling off; reception was close and always willing, breakfast was included and very good, and they helped arrange a door‑to‑door transfer to Hanoi at a good price, making departure easy; overall it was a very comfortable and well‑attended stay, highly recommended, though it’s a bit far from the center but still walkable.

“Very comfortable and pleasant stay”

The rooms were very clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, we could rent motorbikes and bikes which was very convenient for getting around Tam Coc, and it’s only a short walk from the main area where there are many nice coffee shops and restaurants.
