The location was fine, but the front desk showed no empathy from the first interaction. I asked for a higher floor room away from the elevator, yet they gave me a second‑floor room right next to it and refused any other option. They also assigned a PCD room for my family of four that only had two beds, even though none of us needed accessible facilities. The bathroom lacked a proper box, the shower water sprayed the whole bathroom and then dripped back into the room, and the only tool to clear it was a large mop. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be returning.
