Comfort and location are a perfect 10!

The spot is perfect, and the room and its facilities were spotlessly clean and cozy.

The bed was comfy, the room was tidy, and it was close to Termini.

The location is superb, right next to Termini station, the main hub of Rome, and the room was comfortable. Getting in was a hassle; the GPS didn’t pinpoint the exact spot and clearer directions or more support would help. The big door is very close to Santa Maria Maggiore, but aside from that the place is great.

The air‑conditioner doesn’t cool properly and the shower provides only a trickle of water.
