“Good experience with minor problems”

The cleanliness and the staff’s response were really impressive. For the price, the service was very good. The rooms are a little compact, and the Wi‑Fi password changes every day, which is a hassle to get and enter on all devices.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and pathetic; the staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Despite making multiple requests, the waste was not removed from our room, and there was a persistent cigarette smell in the room. I had informed the hotel in advance about our early check‑in requirement, but this was not accommodated, and we were instead asked to pay an additional amount. The first room we were given had a non‑functioning AC, and after changing rooms, we found that the bathroom door in the second room could not be properly closed. Overall, the room conditions, cleanliness, and service—particularly from the front desk staff—were extremely poor. The entire experience was far below what we expected and was not worth the money we paid.
