“Beautiful setting, exceptional staff”

We stayed in a villa and enjoyed the views of the greenery and the ocean, including Irabu Bridge, in the mornings and evenings. Toiletries were awesome we liked the natural citrusy touch of them. Although it rained for most of our stay, it was a truly memorable experience, especially thanks to the amazing staff. We would particularly like to mention Ms. Takemoto, whose warmth and kindness made our stay especially enjoyable. She always went out of her way to communicate with us, and we greatly enjoyed our conversations with her. Her attentiveness and hospitality made our stay a memorable experience. We also greatly appreciated the chef’s thoughtfulness. As my wife does not eat pork or eggs, the kitchen made an effort to prepare different alternatives for her every morning, which we were very grateful for. Nothing, we loved it all

The staff who attended us throughout our stay were wonderful, the facilities were incredible, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. If we ever return to Miyakojima, we would have no doubt about where to stay. Everything was perfect.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly; we loved it and would gladly recommend it, with every special request being met in a remarkably warm way, but the restaurant, while serving tasty food, felt cramped and uninviting, and on the two days we chose the Ecco Stay option no trash was collected and no towels were changed.

“期待を上回る心地よいリゾート”

Watching the Miyako‑blue sea gave me a calm, leisurely stay, the birdsong was soothing, and the Royal Suite was comfortable enough that I spent most of my time relaxing in the room, while the staff were all bright and pleasant, with no complaints at all.
