The bed was comfortable, and the room had a sofa and kitchen.

Clean and quiet.

I had a great experience at this hotel in terms of the cleanliness and comfort of the room, but the reception staff's attitude was a major turnoff. The young man at the front desk seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which really put a damper on my stay. Despite the hotel's many positives, I wouldn't stay here again because of the poor service.

I was disappointed to find that despite paying for a breakfast rate, I was not provided with breakfast on the day of our booking, which was a significant inconvenience.
