“L' ascensore non serve le camere”

Vanessa was friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the water in the room was a nice touch. However, the description said the apartment was on the 1st floor with an elevator, but in reality there is no elevator to reach the first floor and many stairs must be climbed to get to the room. The elevator does exist, but it only serves from the 1st floor up to the higher floors. Having an elevator was a fundamental requirement for me, traveling with elderly people, and its absence negatively affected my stay. Additionally, the room is an old kitchen with unfinished work, which was a secondary issue.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Naples, inside the historic centre, close to everything and very convenient for walking around the city. The woman who handed us the keys was also very kind and helpful. The property was good overall and we had a pleasant stay, but some facilities need better upkeep—for instance, the soap dispenser was broken and several lights were not working.

“Poor”

The room looked freshly furnished, yet there was no housekeeping service. We saw a cleaner walking by, but our room stayed dirty for all three days. There were no toiletries, and we had to buy our own toilet paper when the supply ran out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
