Fantastic location, lovingly furnished and decorated, everything was very clean and the communication reliable; the beach towels, coffee machine, large fridge and the first clean pool I’ve seen in Key West were all excellent, just 200 m to the beach and restaurants a minute’s walk away.

It’s close to the beach and restaurants, the owner is friendly, and the proximity to the beach is a plus.

The beach is nearby, though you have to cross a busy road. A great French café and Mexican eatery sit across the street. There were no beach chairs available, and an extra chair for the dining table would have been nice. We didn’t have parking issues early in the season, but I can see the lot filling up; they don’t offer an alternative, so it’s first come, first served.

The spot is right by the beach, with a restaurant next door and another across the street, and it’s only a 4‑minute walk to the sand.
