The accommodation is inexpensive and gets the job done. Check‑in is simple, rooms are basic, and there’s a Lawson right across the street.

We enjoyed a comfy two‑night stay with a great bed, fresh‑smelling linens, complimentary espresso and a massive bathtub, but the area felt deserted, Chibata offered nothing for tourists beyond a convenience store, there was no kitchen so we were limited to pre‑made meals, and the ladies’ restroom on the third floor seriously needs renovation.

It isn’t exactly spotless, but for the price the furnishings and amenities are adequate. The staff are friendly. No problems.
