Within ten minutes you’re in Imst and the shops.
The breakfast buffet was solid – plenty of options and everything tasted fresh.
We loved the spacious apartment, the breakfast service was spot‑on and the view was just gorgeous.

“Wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder☀️”
We spent a week at Landhaus Linser during the summer holidays with our son and two dogs, and everything was very straightforward. Because of the dogs we were given a special FeWo on the ground floor, which was great, and the two rascals could go straight out to the garden. Everyone welcomed us warmly, the breakfast was truly excellent, and finding a better spot away from the bustle in the open nature with a nearby bathing lake is hard to come by. The stove cooked a bit slowly, but that was not really annoying, because in vacation you have time ☀️
“Goed”
The place is a quiet country house with a nice vibe. The host was lovely and the breakfast was solid. Within ten minutes you’re in Imst and the shops. The rooms feel a bit dated, but everything’s clean and tidy – for the price you’re not getting anything fancy.
“Es hätte ruhig etwas länger sein dürfen”
Everything was fantastic again – Waltraut is super attentive and the breakfast buffet is great, even gluten‑free bread on request. The terrace is perfect for sunny mornings, and even on rainy days you’re comfortable and ready for short hikes, like to the nearby Starkenberg brewery. The house sits on a trail, so you can leave the car and walk to good restaurants in Imst or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It’s just beautiful, and the holiday always feels too short.
“Beznadziejna lokalizacja”
Absolutely nothing, just a disaster. There was a complete lack of contact with the property, despite multiple attempts to send messages and talk to the owner, who is not on site. Money was lost, I definitely do not recommend.
“Fijn verblijf. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding”
The host was warm and the breakfast spread was generous. The alpine setting is gorgeous and the Wi‑Fi on the ground floor works well. Most units are studio‑style, so we had to swap our two‑bedroom booking for a one‑bedroom with a door – thankfully the change was easy.
