The location and view were great, but they tried to charge me for a service I never used.

The place is well‑situated, spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The accommodation was excellent and they really care about guests’ rest; Nicoll was great at the front desk. However, when we arrived we had to wait until 3 pm and they didn’t even try to give us a room a few minutes earlier, even though other guests who checked in after us were handed rooms instantly.

The breakfast was just average.

The cultural concept is flawless, and the people are very kind, especially Nicole who was super friendly to my baby. We really liked it and will return!
