I liked the location, the restaurant, the staff at the restaurant were polite and caring, and the room was spacious. I thought it was pricey, there was no flexibility for early check‑in, and a single day cost almost R$ 900. I paid because I had to, but I won’t do it again.

The location was excellent. I stayed with my family for about R$ 1,000 per night and felt the stay was far below what a hotel of this category should offer. 1. The bathtub and plumbing: the first time we turned on the bathtub tap, the water was visibly dirty, with debris that looked like internal pipe peeling. I want to stress that this was not a cleaning failure but a building maintenance issue, which is even more concerning from a guest’s point of view. 2. My daughter’s bed: we asked for an extra bed for our 4‑year‑old and it wasn’t provided on the first night, so she had to sleep on the sofa. 3. Luggage service: no assistance with bags, neither at arrival nor at departure. In hotels of the same class and price range that we usually stay at, this service is standard. 4. Breakfast: many items were missing during service and restocking, especially bread, which was slow. The spread was too simple for the nightly rate. 5. Parking: the garage is charged separately, which contradicts the hotel’s positioning and pricing. Individually, some of these points could be mitigated, but together they ruined the trip experience—especially the bathtub incident and the night my daughter had no bed.

The location was fine and the breakfast was decent. The gym was in bad shape, two lights in the room were out, and the hotel clearly needs a renovation.
