This impressive castle hotel in Fohnsdorf is a 2-minute drive from the AquaLux thermal spa and 10 minutes from the Red Bull Ring race track. Free WiFi is available. All rooms at TAUROA Schloss Gabelhofen offer cable TV, a minibar, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Breakfast is served every morning. Guests have free entrance to the Aqualux thermal spa (including the arrival- and departure days). Free private parking is available on site. The S 36 Murtal-Schnellstraße expressway is close by.

Very quiet and relaxing, clean. The blend of old and modern was spot on. The staff were very attentive and helpful, which is unusual these days. The hotel sits beside several bike paths and close to the motorway. The restaurant prices are a bit on the high side.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the garden beautiful, and the room and bathroom clean and spacious. The bed was a little too soft for my taste, but that’s just personal preference. I can highly recommend this place.
