Great facilities, a well‑decorated and equipped bedroom, very reasonable price, and easy check‑in/check‑out; the communal kitchen’s cleanliness was lacking.

On the bright side, it’s a quiet area, the bathroom was clean and everything functioned well—shower, toilet, and face basin; however, the accommodation seemed to be someone’s personal home, all amenities were old, the room only had a floor fan and no A/C as advertised, the bed linen had a faint food smell, the free Wi‑Fi was poor—watching Netflix on the supplied device felt like using an old‑school antenna with very poor picture quality, and even YouTube constantly buffered even when logged into my account; the ad is misleading and should state that it is not a B&B but someone’s personal home, because as you enter there is a shoe rack at the bottom of the stairs with shoes and slippers, and a living room downstairs with an old mattress and worn bed linen, giving the impression of a well‑lived‑in place; the ad should also state that you will be sharing the amenities with other people—it didn’t give the feeling of a professionally equipped property but something that needs a lot of work to be up to par.

The hotel sits close to shops and parks, the room is a decent size with nice interiors, and the bathroom is in good condition; there are several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, the building was very noisy, and parking on the lane felt unsafe.
