This is our second stay and we had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's birthday. The reception staff even accommodated our request for a room upgrade to stay in the main building which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back, wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Jesmond, it's such a lovely hotel and great value for money. Nothing

Close to jesmond centre. Car park had broken glass

Location Comfortable room. Stairs up to second floor very steep. Toilet seat very low. Other than that absolutely fine
