The location was good, the price was also good, and we had to walk about 10/15 minutes to reach the center, but everything else was close by; we were offered help moving luggage from the port to the hotel room both upon arrival and departure, and they were very kind. Some things to improve: the pool bathroom never had water, paper, or was clean during our stay; breakfast was too basic and could offer more variety like other places; the umbrellas in the pool area cannot be moved, so for hours there is no way to avoid direct sun. It seems simple, but with that level of heat, it’s essential to have a movable umbrella at a hotel.

“Not as it looks in the photos”

The location was good and we appreciated having luggage collected from the pier; Phi Phi itself is lovely, but the room was very dated and not the cleanest—there was fake eyelash in the bedding, the beds were rock hard, not all plug sockets worked, the shower was inconsistent, constantly shifting from freezing to hot, and it pointed directly at the opposite wall, making it impossible to use without holding the shower head. The bathroom also had black mould, the wooden door wouldn’t close properly, there were no bug nets so we had bugs and mosquitoes in the room and were bitten every night while sleeping, and the pool was very warm with no cooling system, so it wasn’t refreshing in the heat.

“Comfortable and brand new refurbed rooms”

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but there was a sewerage smell around the hotel area.
