The location was very good, bathroom facilities perfect, clean and well‑equipped with amenities, staff always attentive and friendly via WhatsApp. Perhaps the elevator was a bit noisy, but that’s typical of the building.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlie Up! Everything was great, and we were very satisfied with our experience. The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore Rome. The staff were very helpful, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others
