The staff were friendly and the reception was well organized. The documents were ready well in advance and they were waiting for me to arrive, so when I got there I only needed to sign and provide my address. However, I wasn’t given shampoo, hair oil, coffee or tea powder pouches, or sugar, even though boiled water was available.
