“I think this hotel is not worth the money we paid”

The Wi‑Fi was stable, but the room was very dirty—especially the bathroom and even the bed linen—and there was no hot water for the shower; it seemed like rooms weren't cleaned after previous guests, so be cautious when booking here. We stayed a few days before finding a better place a few meters away for the same price.

“Scam and sham”

I was not allowed to check in although I had an online booking. They tell me when I was about to check in that they have stopped taking bookings from online portals when on the other hand the name of their property shows on every other portals. I recently spent a night at Hotel Laxman Resort Agra and it turned out to be one of the best stays I’ve ever had; the room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly, so I’ll definitely return. The food was also incredibly delicious—thanks! Overall, the experience was unforgettable, especially with the view of the Taj Mahal.
