I booked a room with a fireplace, but they only had one and handed it over before we arrived. The room we ended up with didn’t match any of the photos, and the staff—apparently all young—seemed clueless about basic questions and it felt like nobody was actually staying there, yet they still didn’t have the room I’d reserved.

The location was good, the facilities were a bit dated, the whirlpool was very nice, but the showers didn’t work and the changing room lacked chairs or hooks for hanging items. The chairs were stained, the carpet was worn out and should be replaced; overall it felt outdated.
