The service was great, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. The floor is loose, but it doesn't interfere with anything.

The room was clean, the breakfast excellent, and the location is good. The only complaint is having to carry luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator. Also, there are no hangers or towel supports in the bathroom.

The location is convenient and the staff are very polite and attentive. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety and amazing pão de queijo. The room is clean and spacious, which is a strong point. I only stayed one night to rest between long legs of a trip, and the quiet and facilities gave me a nice break. The only downside is that the rooms are accessed only by stairs, so be careful if you have mobility issues.
