The host was exceptionally kind, very pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice. When I was ill, he even offered to cook a meal to help me recover, which I found extremely thoughtful. He spoke perfect English, so communication was easy. The location was also outstanding, just steps from the attractions. The breakfast was hearty and varied, and the room offered coffee, tea, and water for all guests. The bathroom was a bit cramped, so if you book this guesthouse, be sure to ask for a room that doesn’t face the street.

The owner is kind and the water is good. The location is also nice, and the kids are adorable 😍. There is no hair dryer. Because the property is still being expanded, sometimes breakfast in the courtyard isn’t available at the right time.

First, the location is great—walking to Registan Square or, via another route, to the Gur Emir Mausoleum and the Ak Saly Tomb takes about ten minutes. The service attitude is good; we arrived after midnight, informed them ahead of time, and the staff was there to check us in. We only paid at checkout the next day, and a small receipt was ready. The hot water for showers is plenty, which is a plus. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am, with eggs, tea, watermelon, and toast, enough to fill you up. The family‑style inn has curtains made of two white fabrics, and it’s unclear if the pillowcase is torn or just that style; there are no toothbrushes or bottled water. Soundproofing is poor—one can even hear a neighbor’s snoring. The breakfast is subpar compared to domestic standards. I appreciated the luggage storage, but when I went to retrieve my bag, it had been opened.
