The location is brilliant, the décor is gorgeous, and the view is amazing—we loved it! Nothing to complain about.

I scored it 10.0/10. I’ve stayed at Patrick’s Boathouse many times; the rooms are roomy and comfy with a fridge, kettle, etc. Breakfast supplies are more than adequate. The building sits off the main road, so it’s quiet, and parking is nearby; we paid £17 for 24 hours. We walked the coastal path to Caswell Bay during our stay, so Patrick’s is in a great spot. Plenty of bars and restaurants are around locally. I’ll definitely come back. The only downside is that access to the building is up a short steep lane, which could be tough for someone with walking disabilities or a wheelchair.
