The location was ideal for catching an early train to Rome, and the staff were super helpful with dinner tips, an earlier breakfast, and swapping our room so we didn’t have to haul luggage up the stairs; the room was spotless and well presented—definitely recommend!

Breakfast was decent, and the hotel was close to the train station. The room felt a bit dated.

The building was spotless, in an excellent spot near both the historic centre and the seafront, also close to the train station yet not in a noisy area—quiet and green surroundings make it a small gem offering comfort and calm. It’s worth more than photos suggest, thanks to the organisation, services, spacious rooms (mine had a sea view), and high‑quality breakfast, making it feel like a higher‑star hotel than its rating. The staff were friendly and professional, meeting expectations. Highly recommended!

Checking out was the only thing that mattered. There was no lift, no welcome water bottle, no fridge, no kettle, or milk in the room. They advertised a fitness centre, but none existed—false advertising, misleading, possibly illegal. Breakfast was almost nonexistent: only corn flakes, tea in a plastic cup, croissants, no eggs, no hot food, no fruit. Coffee required an extra charge.
