The reception was great and they moved me to a room with a lake view, but there was no remote control.

The location was fine but it felt tense; the parking spot looked dubious, so you wonder where you'll end up. Breakfast was awful, the sandwiches were chewy, like McDonald’s trays. The room was dirty, with stained carpet, a toilet seat that was completely loose, grimy drains, filthy trash cans, and stains on the floor in the sleeping area that were disgusting to see. Lamps flickered, needing replacement, and blinds had to be operated manually, taking a long time and you feared they might break. The worst part was that they didn't check payments; I had to stay overnight and pay again, and it takes forever to get your money back.

The setting was stunning and the mezzanine rooms really give a sense of space; it was very beautiful and soothing, yet the bathroom could use a touch of freshening up and a sofa would be more comfortable than the armchairs.
