We stayed overnight to catch a play and the place was lovely. I had accidentally booked a one‑bed room instead of a two‑bed, but the staff immediately found a two‑bed room and had it ready for us in no time, which was a huge relief. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We’ll definitely return. Thanks!

My wife’s gluten‑free diet was well accommodated with fresh‑baked gluten‑free options at breakfast. The entire team—from the cooks and cleaning crew to the front desk—was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The service was exceptional; when we faced a family emergency, the managers were kind, helpful, and responsive, easing a stressful situation. Breakfast was good and the location was very convenient.

This B&B is wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast was terrific and included gluten‑free options. From the second‑floor breakfast porch you can see the ocean and watch the sunrise. The only downside is the slight noise typical of older buildings; we were on the first floor, so a third‑floor room might be quieter.

The location is excellent and the front wrap‑around porch is great. Breakfast, however, was terrible—pastries were cold and stale, the porch was warm and crowded.
