The hotel's got a huge car park right opposite, which is a major plus. The reception staff were super friendly and gave us a free drink from the machine, which was a nice touch. Our room was pretty good, if a bit basic, and the breakfast was top-notch. We were also just a short walk from the castle and had a Seven Eleven nearby. The only downside was the bathroom, which was a bit of a letdown - the shower curtain was a bit grimy.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating, which was great. However, the towel rack in our room was broken, which was a bit of a nuisance.

We had to cancel our one-night stay at the last minute, but the hotel was fully booked, so we were worried we'd have to pay a premium to change our booking. Luckily, the staff advised us to just stick with our original booking, which saved us a lot of money. However, our shower didn't work at first, but it started working after a while.
