The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though the airport shuttle arrived at midnight, we really appreciated their arrival; they stayed on top of our messages. The location is ideal, right next to the airport and the bus stop to Bristol, and the place is calm. The bathroom was a bit narrow, though well equipped. Breakfast consisted of cereals, coffee packets, tea, cereal bars, yogurt, bottled orange juice, and it was served in the room.

Close to the airport, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good. Parking was available.

The location is perfect for a night near the airport, and Nick was very helpful with the free transport. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work well, and the heating couldn’t be adjusted; the bathroom sink was extremely small.

Breakfast was left in our room, which was great because we had an early flight. Loved everything.
