The facilities and grounds were immaculate. The buffet breakfast exceeded expectations. I got bad food poisoning whilst staying here and also had three items of expensive outdoor clothing stolen by either housekeeping or guests. Staff were not helpful or proactive when we reported this. Their only response was to shrug their shoulders

The location was great and we got a pleasant surprise by being upgraded for free. The staff were so friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing else.

The view and sidewalk in front of the hotel offered beautiful walking views for a few kilometres. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, and nice and clean rooms. I can't think of anything.

Everything else was good. I didn’t really like the meals and service at the restaurant, but the buffet was excellent.
