I booked the room around 5am, went to the front desk, and she said I couldn’t get in because my booking was “right”; that was ridiculous, yet I accepted. I requested a refund through the app, but no one defended me. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will warn everyone about it.

“System was down, Employees clueless about what to do, could not get checked in.”

I arrived to find three people already waiting and upset; when I asked what was happening, the front‑desk employee ignored me, and another staff member explained that their system was down and they couldn’t see any third‑party bookings. As the line swelled to about ten people, I asked how long it would take, and the employee said nothing except that he would get someone to try to fix it. I never got to stay in the room and was still charged. I shouldn’t be liable for their system failure; I needed a room and reliable Wi‑Fi, and this location failed to deliver basic essentials. I still haven’t received a refund.

“Affordable and clean for a quick overnight stay. Just felt uneasy for myself (female) and son staying alone.”

The place was affordable and clean, but it felt like an older property that hadn’t been updated. The fridge didn’t work, and I didn’t feel safe because the room was on the back of the property. Cars and people walked or drove around the premises all night.
