I recently stayed at a hotel that had its share of issues, but the staff's apologetic nature and willingness to make things right made up for it to some extent. The absence of breakfast was actually a welcome change for me, but the food at the on-site restaurant was a letdown. Unfortunately, my initial room was not up to par due to a lack of cleanliness, and the power outage during the night made it unbearable.

I booked a room at a hotel in a fantastic location, which was one of the main reasons I chose it. However, I have to admit that the hotel's overall aesthetic and vibe reminded me of Goa, which wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Despite this, the hotel's location was a major plus, and I appreciated its proximity to local attractions.
