ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING, DISGUSTING, DIRTY, NO CLEAN ROOMS WHEN WE ARRIVED. ROOM WE WERE FINALLY ASSIGNED WAS A SCARY SITUATION. REFUSED TO STAY AS I DID NOT FEEL THIS WAS SAFE. ONE SMALL HIP BUMP FROM ANY MAN COULD HAVE BROKEN INTO THE ROOM. UPON ENTERING THE ROOM WHEN WE FINALLY GOT HE DOOR OPENED, THE FLOORS WERE SO STICKY OUR SHOES WERE MAKING NOISE. DOOR JAM ENTERING TEH ROOM WAS DAMAGED ABOUT 3 FOOT AROUND THE KNOB AND LOCK. THERE WAS NO CABLE AND TEH TV DIDN'T WORK. OH BESIDES THE FLOOR BEING STICKY THE REMOTE WAS AS STICKY. WORKER AT THE DESK SEEMED COMPASSIONATE, BUT DEFAULTED ANY RESPONSABILITY TO OTHERS FOR NOT CLEANING ROOMS, ENDED UP CALL HER HUSBAND WHICH FOUND OUT WAS THE MANAGER. I TRIED TO CALL BOOKING BUT WAS NOT HAVING MUCH LUCK FINDING THE NUMBER AND EVENTUALLY THE 'MANAGER' SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT CALLING THEM - THEY WILL CALL ME IN THE MORNING AND WE WILL REFUND THE CHARGE. I HAVE YET TO SEE THE REFUND. AND THE MANAGER WILL NOT CALL ME BACK

The spot was great, but the place was filthy, rodent-infested, furniture crumbling, the TV dead, and there was no toilet paper, hair dryer, or coffee maker in the room; the front desk clerk made it clear that if you’re unhappy you won’t get a refund.
