I recently cancelled a booking due to a shocking room configuration that didn't match my request. I had booked three rooms for a large family of 9, but the hotel showed only one room with an astonishing 14 beds - 7 king-size and 7 queen-size. The price for all nine of us was an incredibly low $1980, which raised serious doubts about the hotel's accuracy and pricing. Despite being a long-time user of this platform, I'm starting to question its reliability.
