“Exceptional”
The staff were phenomenal! Robert stood out as an asset to the company—friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and a real people person. Nothing to add.

Breakfast was okay, but the dining room furniture is worn out; the hotel really needs a major renovation.

The beds were uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and the place was excellent to stay; breakfast was outstanding and the pool was warm, making for a fun time, though the bed was too firm.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained with low noise, but the bed was a little harder than I prefer.
