In the evening the restaurant caused a lot of noise, at night (around 1 am) there was still heavy noise in the hallway—apparently the washing machine was running, lights flickered on and off, cabinets were thrown open and closed. The shower had once been nice but was poorly repaired with black silicone, the table was damaged, and the pillow was broken.

Leuven is easily reachable from this spot, but there was no staff present; every communication had to go through social media.

It’s not a real BnB—just a room with a mini‑kitchen located above a pizza shop, yet you’re not bothered by it except in the hallway downstairs. Breakfast isn’t provided, so we went out to Herent for our morning meal. Traffic on the Brusselsesteenweg is heavy, and because there’s no air‑conditioning, sleeping with the windows open means a lot of noise from passing cars and trucks; after 23:00 we closed the windows and it got much quieter.
