The breakfast was excellent, there’s a deep‑garage for cars or bikes, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom already showed clear signs of needing renovation.

Great spot, friendly staff, spacious and clean room. It’s not the cheapest, but nothing dramatic. Still worth it and recommended.

Nice room, convenient parking with elevator, helpful girl who suggested restaurants. Walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was decent, but I’d have liked more. In the room, some wall points bulged and there were damp patches. The bathroom door jammed a bit and needed pushing. Breakfast had hard‑boiled eggs, some cold cuts and a sweet item; I’d have expected something better.

Excellent experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the surroundings were clean and well‑maintained. Breakfast was varied and truly very good. The location is perfect, ideal for easily reaching the city centre. Recommended!

Central location, covered parking, and especially the staff were kind and helpful. Mrs. Elisabeth, a wonderful host, welcomed me with grace and elegance, recommending a tasting at the hotel restaurant featuring typical Friulian dishes, and gave me a city map highlighting the route, letting me discover the city’s beauties. Highly recommended. Everything else was fine.
