The apartment was well equipped and very clean, and the location was excellent for visiting the Biennale in Venice, close to the Arsenale and Giardini entrances; the area was very quiet, with a good bakery, small supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby. The downside was that the apartment was relatively dark, which is hard to avoid in Venice’s narrow streets.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and tasteful, with two bedrooms that opened directly into a bathroom, lovely baths, and it sat quietly on the first floor, a short walk from the Arsenale and about 100 m from the Vaporetto stop. However, residents on the second floor could be heard at night, and the bathrooms had no heating.

The apartment was very comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood near great restaurants and within easy walking distance to the Biennale, and a short walk from the Arsenale ACTV and Alilaguna water bus stop. Our host Alessandra was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs and requests. We appreciated the washer and dryer, a well‑equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. We would love to return next time we visit Venice. Everything else was good.
