The location is great and the décor is pleasant, plus the bedding is very good. However, there were broken items in the room that weren’t fixed—like the toilet paper holder and the bedside lamp. I couldn’t find anyone at the reception; I only saw a person after two days. One maintenance staff member entered my room twice while I was inside, without knocking, apparently by mistake.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel’s position right next to the food stalls is convenient, with a cozy vibe and central location. On the downside, there was no chair in the room. The room next to the lift had a constant squeaking noise every time the door closed. The first night I found a small roll of toilet paper in the closet.

The place was really dirty; the toilet and shower were filthy, the floors hadn’t been cleaned, and the room key was so grimy that I didn’t use it until I washed it.
