The rooms were huge, superbly equipped, and the staff were always attentive and efficient; housekeeping kept everything spotless, and breakfast was delicious and worth the price. The hotel sits right on Ginza’s doorstep, full of shops and restaurants, yet the rooms stayed quiet despite the busy area. I would definitely come back; there’s nothing to complain about—service, staff, and overall experience are flawless.
