The staff were friendly from the parking entrance all the way to the accommodation, except at the front desk where I was charged for parking because a clerk mistakenly recorded my vehicle number.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The door to my room was difficult to open due to a wrong password, and I had to struggle to gain access. Furthermore, the towel provided was of poor quality and not clean, which was unacceptable. These problems detracted from my overall experience and left a negative impression.
