The staff were friendly, yet the place was very unclean—vents were filthy, the entrance door was uneven and hanging off its frame, and there were spiders in the tub.

No positives, only issues with cleanliness.

The room was clean and nice, though the electrical could be upgraded; the staff were rude, check‑in was slow, their ADA compliance for my service dog had illegal requirements, the morning coffee was disappointing, there was no plug next to the bed for my CPAP, and the parking lot was in bad repair, so you have to drive back on the road from the office to the rooms.

It was a dump; drug users were sprawled outside, so we never even entered and checked out straight away.

I booked a room at a budget-friendly price, which was a major plus. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom tub was in a deplorable state. My wife was hesitant to even step foot in it, let alone take a shower. Overall, the room itself was what I would expect from a hotel in this price range, but the bathroom was a major letdown.
